The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My experience was overshadowed by the unbearable noise. The club next door played music until the early hours. The room was overly basic for the price we paid.

Beautiful and perfect room, with climate control and TV. Great facilities, good bed. Public parking nearby provided.

Noisy nights due to booming club music, misleading noise information during check-in!!! Clarifying noise levels would be a huge improvement!!! Invest in soundproofing for a better sleep experience!!!

All in all, it was chilled-out base for travelling to Tulum. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful with a fan and the staff kind. The breakfast was served in the garden and the food was fine. The hotel was in the heart of Tulum, and we were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Temple of Doom.

The property was lovely little with exceptionally nice staff.

The noise was unbearable at night, with loud music from nearby clubs echoing through the thin walls. Sleep was definitely hard to come by.

liked every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend. the hotel was clean and romantic, just what we needed. great-sized and absolutely perfect room with a/c, had a lovely stay. the location was convenient and perfect - close to nightclubs and restaurants. it was located in a downtown area.

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning and appreciated the quick access to the cenote caracon, just a few steps away. Plus, the friendly staff and bicycle rentals made it super easy to explore tulum at our own pace.
